The AEG 18V 4.0Ah FORCE Tabless Battery enables your tools to be pushed harder for longer in aggressive, heavy-duty applications. With its own thermal management system, this Battery is more resistant to over-temping under heavy loads compared to standard AEG FORCE batteries*. A cooler battery means less downtime for your tools. The FORCE Battery is better equipped to power your tools through demanding tasks that require a more sustained performance. It delivers up to 25% more power** and longer runtimes in high draw applications compared to a 4.0Ah FORCE battery. Execute long rip cuts through stacked boards and drill a row of deep holes in concrete with minimal interruption. Standard 18V Batteries rely on single or dual internal tabs to transfer energy. They can generate excessive heat under heavy loads and over-temp. This FORCE Battery’s tabless cells maximise energy flow by utilising more energy pathways within each cell. The addition of laser welding, thicker welded straps and larger heat sinks keep the Battery running cooler, reducing the occurrence of over-temping. Take advantage of an improved performance from 18V FUSION tools including circular saws, hammer drills and reciprocating saws. This Battery weighs only 655g to significantly reduce the strain of operating tools overhead and for extended periods. Use the onboard fuel gauge to check the battery charge status. * Test results performed under lab conditions by Techtronic Industries between 8 January - 15 February 2025 showed the 18V 4Ah FORCE Tabless Battery under heavy loading applications generated 48% more metres cut with the 184mm Circular Saw (A18FCS68), 26% more metres cut with the 165mm Circular Saw (A18CS57BL), 72% more holes drilled with the Hammer Drill (A18FPD) and 10% faster cutting speeds with the Reciprocating Saw (A18FRS) when compared to the AEG 18V 4.0Ah FORCE Battery (A18FB4). **Based on test results performed under lab conditions by Techtronic Industries between 1 March - 30 October 2024.
